1. Who we are

FindYourMatch operates a digital platform connecting employers and job seekers. Registered office: 100 D Santiago Rd, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. SEC Company Registration No.: 2024-915638.

2. The service

We provide tools for posting and discovering work, messaging, and related features. We are not the employer of record for roles listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Hiring terms, wages, and compliance are between employers and workers (or their agencies).

3. Accounts and conduct

You must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You may not misuse the platform (for example: fraud, harassment, scraping without permission, or posting false listings). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Content and intellectual property

Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it to operate the service. FindYourMatch branding, software, and site design are protected—do not copy or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, specific hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of every listing or profile. Users should verify important information independently.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines and elsewhere, FindYourMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period (or, for free users, a nominal cap where the law allows).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and, where appropriate, notify active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Fees, billing, and payments

Some features may be paid, subject to pricing shown on the platform or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method validity, and any third-party charges from your payment provider.

9. Employer and job seeker responsibilities

Employers are responsible for lawful job postings, transparent role details, and fair hiring practices. Job seekers are responsible for truthful profile information and lawful use of employer data. Both parties must comply with labor, anti-discrimination, and data protection requirements that apply in their jurisdictions.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, legal non-compliance, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations (for example, payment, intellectual property, and dispute provisions) survive termination.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before competent courts where required by law.
